Insulated Concrete Forms Companies
Premere Forms - Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are constructed from a combination of rigid PVC, polystyrene foam, and polycarbonate components creating a cavity into which rebar and concrete are placed. Highly insulated concrete walls are formed using lightweight polystyrene expanded or extruded foam. This polystyrene foam is combined with Premere's patented corners, rails and cross-ties to create a concrete form of foam insulation. With rebar located at key points within the cavity and the forms adequately braced, wet concrete is poured into the cavity. Once the concrete sets, the polystyrene foam form remains in place to provide insulation within the finished wall. This combination of concrete and foam insulation creates a structure that has increased energy efficiency, strength and overall durability.
American PolySteel, LLC, began manufacturing insulating concrete forms in 1978, pioneering and leading an industry that now boasts 50 products and builds thousands of homes and commercial structures each year. Our nationwide network of trained distributors and builders are recognized as the most professional group of industry representatives in the business. All of our distributors are committed to providing superior customer service and support. Today our forms are manufactured using new high-speed presses and molds in state-of-the-art factories. We are recognized for the highest standards of quality control and our exceptional training and technical support methods.
Sipcrete buildings are incredibly strong and durable they are capable of sustaining significant loads even those caused by earthquakes, hurricanes and adverse weather created by global warming. Sipcrete's rigid foam core provides thermal insulation, whilst the exterior structural concrete skins account for Sipcrete's incredible tensile and compressive strength. Sipcrete's superior thermal performance, significantly reduces heating & cooling costs, limits air infiltration (tight structures) and quickly & economically creates a quiet draft free interior

ZEGO Pty Limited is an Australian owned manufacturer and supplier of Insulated Concrete Forms. Securing the license for the Southern Hemisphere of ‘The Original’ Magu Building System which originated from Germany, ZEGO was formed in the year 2000. Since its introduction of the ZEGO domestic series at Designbuild 2001 (formerly ‘Interbuild’) ZEGO immediately filled a void in the Australian building market. The ZEGO ICF system brought to the market, a superior in design, sacrificial foam formwork designed to cast concrete that was quick and easy to install. Most importantly, ZEGO was introduced to the market at the right time as the State and Federal Governments were drafting legislation for ‘Energy ratings’ on projects. Since its inception, ZEGO has continued to expand its product range each year with the launch of the dynamic commercial ‘Fire Form’ and ‘ReFORM’ product at Designbuild 2005. ZEGO now has projects under construction in nearly every state of Australia ranging from five story buildings, commercial duplexes/townhouses, and single level to four story residential homes, swimming pools, retaining walls and wine cellars. ZEGO is the largest ICF supplier in Australia and its increasing number of projects under construction each month can be attributed to the revolutionary technology behind the ZEGO ICF building system and the service provided to every client from the Owner Builder to the large scale developer. ZEGO has also successfully expanded its Export market in the past seven years and now regularly ships product off shore. ZEGO is the only nationwide provider of ICF Training approved by Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and prides itself on the “up to the minute” experience, expertise, service and technical/back up support by the ZEGO team.
TF System insulated concrete forms, the leader in vertical ICFs, has recently introduced a new crosstie stud. Contractors using TF System will now be able to use 2” thick, EPS or XPS rigid insulation panels on one or both sides of the forming system. The 2 inch insulation option on each side gives you a true R-20 wall. For the most cost conscious of homeowners and contractors the new stud design of the TF System is the answer. For the person that prefers more R-Value, the new crosstie stud will also allow the use of thicker poly panels ranging from 2 ½” up to 6” on either side of the wall. With this new stud the staff at TF System can design virtually any size wall thickness and R-value to suit your needs.
Quad-Lock Building Systems, Ltd. is dedicated to improving our environment by offering the highest R-Value solutions available. Producing a building that actually performs at the level you envision means achieving a balance between each of the systems that interact with your structure, starting with the building envelope. At Reward Wall Systems, we want to provide you with the most efficient and profitable building envelope available. And here, we believe that the highest quality building materials are insulating concrete forms (ICFs). As a leading manufacturer of ICFs, we strive to bring the highest building performance to architects, general contractors, distributors, builders and owners through an innovative line of ICF products. Reward understands the environments, mechanical systems, occupants and especially how ICFs affect those systems. It is the combination of these systems, beginning with the building envelope, that dictate how a structure will perform. Reward ICFs create buildings that are energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly, sustainable, quiet and comfortable. Our goal is to give you a building envelope that gives superior results when compared to conventional building methods. An envelope that resists harmful mold, dust and allergens, along with powerful wind, storm and fire damage. The thick concrete core of insulated concrete forms keeps air where it should be, meaning interior temperatures stay steady throughout the year, reducing heating and cooling costs. Produced from recycled materials, Reward’s ICFs begin their life as an environmentally friendly product designed to make buildings more energy efficient. Unused portions of the block can even be reused or recycled to make the lowest possible impact on natural resources. By keeping air and moisture out, insulated concrete forms lower the potential for allergens and mold meaning that buildings are safer and healthier to live, work and play in. Standing up to winds of up to 200 mph and fire for up to four hours, ICFs provide peace of mind for those inside. From custom homes to 20-plex movie theaters, Reward has the product that will meet your needs and the manufacturing facilities to get it to you on time. With multiple product lines, Reward’s steel-reinforced concrete walls come in varying designs and widths. This means that Reward’s insulated concrete forms are perfect for both residential and commercial projects. The two layers of expanded polystyrene are held together by strong polypropylene ties spaced six inches on center. Ties of different lengths give flexibility to each product line, creating forms that range in width from nine to 17 inches. Into this space, rebar is placed and concrete is poured to create a core suitable for any structure. Once the block is at your jobsite and you’re preparing to pour the concrete, we can’t stand to sit by the sidelines. Through training from Reward’s industry experts, you’ll learn how to install your ICFs, incorporate systems and educate subcontractors in how to achieve the most efficient structure. Through on site training, classroom training and professionals available by phone and email, feel confident that your building will achieve the highest possible performance. So, take a look through our site. Explore the idea of Building Science, understand how Reward goes Beyond the Block, look at the projects we have done and take a tour of our product lines. And when you’re done, give us a call. We’re waiting to talk to you about how you can get more out of your home, theater, school, office or hotel with insulating concrete forms.
